Visographic is a certified USPS Full Service Mail Service Provider (MSP), and has been using the Intelligent Mail Barcode since 2012. Our Mailing Department is able to provide a wide range of services including Data Hygiene, CASS and NCOA, list procurement, merge/purge functions, and variable data merge. We are able to address simplex or duplex, and can waferseal or glue folded self-mailers and booklets as may be required by USPS regulations. Our state of the art equipment allows us to do perfect match inserting in envelopes up to 12” x 9. We analyze each mailing to achieve the best mix of postage savings versus delivery priorities possible.

All of our department personnel are certified Mailpiece Design Professionals, and have over thirty years of combined mailing industry experience. We actively participate in local Postal Customer Councils at the leadership level to stay abreast of USPS current and future programs and trends.
